How do I view purchased videos?
In order to view Streaming Video that you may have purchased, please make sure you are logged in at store.dragonsociety.com and navigate to My Account. From there, you will find a link in the side bar for Streaming Video. Upon clicking on that, you will find the videos you have purchased. Clicking on a video image will take you back to the product page where you purchased the video which will now display a video player on the page. From there you can watch the video as many times as you want.
Do my videos expire?
No. Videos do not expire. You may watch them any time.
Can I watch this on my mobile phone, tablet, or laptop?
Yes. The video player will work on most any device with an internet connection. Please note that your cellular provider may charge bandwidth fees if you are using a cellular service.
